Never thought I'd see the day when the Sergeant wasn't apart of the WWE. Those were the good days.

 

Simmons I can understand.

Hey bb, since you're an ECW guy, what's the scouting report on Jack Swagger? Kid's got a great look and he's undefeated, but that's all a Raw-only guy like me would know...

 

He has the look of a star. Good build, a heel look that makes you want to boo him, an Orton-esque personality. He played football at the University of Oklahoma and was also an All-American wrestler there, setting the single-season record for most pins. First ever FCW Heavyweight Champion. Surprisingly strong in-ring wrestler only four months into his WWE career, decent on the mic, very athletically gifted.

He'll be the next CM Punk/Kofi Kingston and leave for greener pastures in a few months.

 

Jack Swagger is Jake Hager? I never made the connection. I knew he looked familiar. Was a great wrestler in college, but I don't remember him playing much football if at all.

Just an FYI if anyone has not seen this great Biography.

 

Hopefully, he'll hold that title until on or around June 6th when Tommy Dreamer wins the strap

 

The ECW PPV is June 7, T_D. I thought you'd be smart enough to know that your contact should expire AFTER the PPV, not the day before it!

Yeah, I didn't think the Innovator had a great promo left in him but he did. I hope Tommy boy wins the damn title though, unfortunately he'd probably just job it back on the next ECW taping.

 

Perhaps T_D has been in too many extreme matches to remember that he's done June 6 and not June 7!

 

I might have to check that out. Definitely to see some of his earlier matches before he came to WWE.

 

And Hulk Hogan's Biography piece comes on at 9 ET. It was done in 2000, but is still pretty good.
