The 619 isn't the greatest finisher, but it's not bad.

And he's been loyal to Vince since coming over from WWE, unlike some others.

Kennedy, sans the finisher, is worse in the ring than Batista, who has a few great matches under his belt. He's a bit stiff, but if he's motivated and wrestling a top talent, he'll perform at a very high level. (namely past matches against The Undertaker & Edge)

I do think Kennedy is a good entertainer, but he's completely underwhelming in the ring.

I hate the setup for the 619 more than the move itself. Every match, his opponent just happens to find himself in that position on the ropes, then stays there long enough to get kicked in the face. You'd think, after so many years of him doing it, people would know to get the hell off the ropes ASAP. If people have started wriggling out of the setup for Cena's FU or Punk's GTS, why can't they do the same for Rey's move?
The suspension of disbelief required for the 619 is just too much.

Trips was on Smackdown! only because his wife was the GM and just had a baby, so they wanted to spend more time together.

    What Trips wants, Trips gets.

E:60 just ran a great story on Vince McMahon and the WWE. I wish they went a bit deeper, but it was great to see and hear what I didn't know.

The 619 isn't near as silly as The People's Elbow or Cena's You Can't See Me fistdrop. Both require the opponent to lay on the mat, clearly watching what the aggressor is attempting to do right in front of their face, while having to sell it the whole time the move is set up.

Kevin - I missed about the first six minutes of it. Not too bad. My program guide says E:60 is on ESPN2 tonight at 11 p.m. I'm guessing that's the re-air for those of you interested.

Considering that Smackdown and ECW were supposed to get pillaged while they loaded up Raw in an effort to re-establish it as the clear "A show", I don't think SD came out too bad.

Outside of Kane going over again to stink up the joint, the rest of SD's acquisitions are good talents. I've always been a Raw-only guy, but sizing up the two rosters, from the main eventers down to the announcers, there's a lot more to like about Smackdown right now.

And to think, I was all fired up about finally getting USA in HD last week.

For those who didn't see the E:60 report on WWE.

Great feature Kevin. Just a too short, could have easily added 10 or 20 more minutes.

I said the same thing earlier to someone on this thread. It was nice to hear about Vince's life prior to taking over WWF/WWE, but even then, t here's a lot of information they could have covered.
