Good piece. Interesting how they focused on Triple H in the production meeting. He was the only wrestler I saw as they panned around the room.

Finlay was in there too I think.

Would they have one guy from each brand, then? That'd make sense.

Hmm, interesting ESPN feature. Brings up a good question that I'm sure no one here wants to think about. What will the WWE be like without Vince?

Can Shane and company keep it going? Will there be an adjustment period?

God, that's going to be a sad day in my life, friends.

I'm sure there will have to be a period where Vince, before he gets too old, hands the company over to Shane while Vince still overseas day-to-day operations on the side. The day Vince does pass will be a sad one, though. Shane is great on camera, but he can never be what his father was when he had/has a mic in his hand.

I think Finlay and Trips are the only active stars on the creative team.

    Supplemental draft so far:
    Kennedy to Raw
Shad Gaspard (Cryme Tyme) to SD
    Alicia Fox to SD
Primo to Raw (champs split, WTF?!)
Mike Knox to SD (god I hate him)
    Ezekiel Jackson to ECW
    Nikki Bella to Raw

Which means so far they've split up the three biggest tag teams of the last year (Miz and Morrison, Cryme Tyme and the Colons). Way to push the tag division, WWE. Maybe there'll be a surprise still and Raw will get Carlito too.

The tag champs and Cryme Tyme split? ... The fuck?

Next pick...Zack Ryder to ECW. He's still around?

And now Chavo to Raw. Not much going with the supplemental draft so far. I think there's only two picks left.

To prove the draft is totally useless at this point, the 13th supplemental picks sees HORNSWOGGLE go to Raw. Yay.

So for those keeping track, 13 picks into the supplemental drafts, here's how the draft looks (supplemental picks marked with an s):

    RAW
    WWE Champion Triple H
    US Champion MVP
    The Big Show
    Matt Hardy
    The Miz
    Diva's Champion Maryse
    Kennedy-s
    Primo -s
    Nikki Bella-s
    Chavo-s
    Hornswoggle-s

    SmackDown!
    Chris Jericho
    CM Punk
    Kane
    Intercontinental Champion Rey Mysterio
    Women's Champion Melina
    Shad Gaspard-s
    Alicia Fox-s
    Mike Knox-s
    Candice Michelle-s
    Ricky Ortiz-s
    Layla-s

    ECW
    Vladimir Kozlov
    Ezekiel Jackson-s
    Zack Ryder-s

    Tag team division, RIP.
