And people complained about HHH vs. Orton...

Jesus Christ, that Foley vs. Sting match was painful to watch. Foley looked rusty, but not as bad as one would expect. Sting might be one of the worst workers in the industry at this point. His performances last month vs. Angle and tonight were nothing short of putrid.

Overall, the PPV wasn't unwatchable but not close to being good either. Improvement over Destination X last month if it counts for anything.

Not a terrible PPV. The tag matches were pretty good, as was the X Division title match. Morgan-Abyss was better than I thought it'd be, and Lethal Lockdown was more about the angle (or Angle) than the match. Plus Lashley being the world champion, instead of Taz, was a nice surprise. Whether they do anything worthwhile with him or not is anyone's guess, but still. And who knew Awesome Kong's 300-pound ass could do a senton splash from the top rope?

I can do without Cactus Jack being TNA champion. They can't do Cactus-Sting without the belt? The all-cage format burns fans out, because it's too much in too little a time. Suicide wins his match with a dive off the top of the cage to the floor, and I bet everyone forgot about it by the Beer Money-Team 3D match. And really, how hard is it to run a card in Philly with 3D, Stevie Richards and Cactus Jack and NOT get a decent crowd buzz? They managed it somehow.

They should give Philly a hardcore PPV every year and put the fucker in the old ECW Arena. So easy, even a Mystery Meat can do it.

I've contemplated not bothering watching Raw tonight after last week's shitty draft and just the pure disgust of the awful storylines right now.

If I see any of Santina, I will change the channel immediately. I'm more than done with him and that angle.

    Rant over.

Raw was taped overseas so spoilers have been known for awhile now. The biggest non-surprise is that because of the crews being overseas, they opted to still have guys who were drafted onto other shows still work the Raw taping. I reckon they might actually make all switches official after Backlash.

Yeah, I was wondering why we were seeing a ton of SD guys going at it.

The Santino-Santina stuff is still funny to me. That bit tonight could've been the best yet in that angle.

Edge smoking Cena after that match was awesome. That dude is awesome.

I haven't seen much more because of 24 and the great Celtics-Bulls game.

Thank you, Big Show, for not falling victim to the wretched 619. Now lawn dart that little sumbitch into another production trailer.

Well, I'm not sure if I've ever seen the lawn dart bit ever topped but I know Big Show just just got pretty mean.

The lawn dart was Kevin Nash's doing.

Was it? I'd have sworn it was Big Show. I've been up since 4:30 this morning and I'm about to collapse, but that's no excuse for that level of fail. That's one of my favorite wrestling moments of all time.

It was on Nitro maybe 2 weeks after the nWo formed. Hall and Nash went into the production truck and wreaked havoc, then started just beating the shit out of everyone in sight. Mysterio jumped directly into Nash's arms, and Nash flipped him and lawn-darted him. Who the hell signs up for that bump anyway?

Also, Kurt Angle used to counter Rey's 619 on occasion into a back suplex. It was pretty cool to watch. Those two had some excellent matches on Smackdown.
