    Damn good point.

I think it's 'Oh, oh, Shawn!' or something of the sort. It was much easier to decipher when Sherri sang it :D

How about the "Caw, caw, caw" of Raven's music? That was pretty awesome.

Missed Smackdown this week, but having read the recap it seems like Dolph Ziggler may step into Edge's spot with Jericho. He did a run-in after the Jericho-Mysterio match, which apparently was also taped before Edge's injury:

Also, Seth Green is hosting Raw this week.
I like the idea of the guest host. There's so many different directions they can go with it. But is it a little too early in the process to go with the celebrity guest host, rather than someone more identifiable in wrestling circles?

And on a similar vein, who would be at the top of your wish list (celebrity, wrestler or otherwise) to host Raw?

No ... it looks like Ziggler is going to replace Jericho as the top challenger to Mysterio's IC belt. I know you didn't see it so you wouldn't know, but it was pretty evident that they stepped aside to let Ziggler finish him off.

Also good. It's never a bad thing to see some of the younger guys get a push.

The Rock, for one. I have a feeling he'd tell off Legacy in the first five minutes. Austin would be a great one, too, but it seemed as if WM25 was his farewell to the WWE altogether. Flair, obviously, but he'd probably put himself in another 'fight' with somebody.

On the celebrity front, I'd love to see an athlete who's a huge wrestling fan, like Rasheed or something.

I think Seth Green will actually be pretty good. Seems like he's a wrestling fan based on the Robot Chicken sketches, and if they give him any actual input he's goofy enough to come up with some interesting matches. Like, say, a steel cage pillow fight or a stepladder match.
The Rock or Austin would also be great. If they throw enough cash their way, I'm sure they'd find it in their hearts to return for a one-night-only deal. It's not like the host has to wrestle a 20-minute match.
And I think it's a given that Flair will be hosting at some point. Same with Hogan.

    Over-under on Austin Powers references - 4

We're getting our wish ... we've all wanted it to be 1998 all over again in the world of wrestling.

After watching that opening promo, I'm thinking you're right.
Seth Green = David Arquette, Version 2.0? :p

Watching it on the DVR now. What a shitty, shitty opening segment.

If that's what we've got to look forward to with these guests hosts, just bring back Vickie Guerrero.

Oh, and one more thing.....I know some people like the Divas but whenever they do these lame gimmick matches, it makes me lose respect for the WWE. Most of those girls tonight could wrestle. It'd be nice to see them actually do that.
