2009 Running Pro Wrestling Thread

I thought The Miz-Bourne match was pretty good.

Totally changed the Divas match, like normal.

Love the "R-K-O" chants during and after the Prinze segment and then in the main event.

 

Almost a week without a post on this thread is too long. Any Summerfest thoughts?

That sucks. How dare they disconnect my illegal feed right before the end of a match!

 

The ECW match was lame. As much "shine time" as ECW needs, they end the match in mere seconds. All Hollywood is left with is "who the hell are those people?"

 

Oh, Christian pinned Regal in less time than Mysterio took out JBL at Mania. Then the Russian and a couple of other guys go out and start beating the crap out of Christian. Whole thing took about 1:30.

What the fuck was that?

Orton gets himself DQ'd, Vince restarts the match and says Orton will lose the title if it happens again. Orton gets himself counted out, Vince restarts the match and says Orton will lose the title if it happens again. Then Cena gets the upperhand, has Orton in the STFU and Orton is on the verge of tapping. Then I guess a fan jumps in the ring and attacks the ref. Match is again restarted, Orton tries to roll out of the ring but is caught by Cena.

Orton does a hangman on the middle rope, slides in the ring for an RKO and the 1-2-3.

What a clusterfuck.

 

And to think this is Hollywood...where certainly better scripts could have been written.

McMahon, this is really starting to suck.

 

I think that ending more than made up for the clusterfuck that was Orton-Cena.
