He's just taking an extended break. None of the 'loser leaves the wwe' matches have meant anything in years.

He'll be back in 6-8 months.

Yeah, but no one watches TNA, and they do everything ineffectively anyway because Russo runs it. They've had some decent ideas from time to time, the execution has just been horrible.

Is there something I'm missing about WWE's new PPV "Breaking Point?" Of the four matches announced thus far, two of them are submission matches and one of them is an "I Quit" match? WTF?

Yes, there's something you are missing. All the matches are either submission or I quit ... hence, "breaking point."

I figured it was something stupid like that. I guess it's a pretty cool concept. You don't see a lot of submission matches nowadays.

And has anyone noticed that the submission-themed PPV is being held ... in Montreal?

Hey, someone tell Elliotte that his most favoritest wrestler ever is guest hosting Raw tonight.

Speak of, I'm abut to finish Bret Hart's book, and while it's very good in spots (I'm a sucker for old-school on-the-road tales and am somewhat surprised at how he liked certain people [Sid, Warlord, Hogan to some degree] that most others hate, and how he was so dismissive of Flair), I'm also a bit disappointed that there wasn't more about the Montreal Screwjob and Owen's death, given how those were arguably the two biggest wrestling stories in the era between the McMahon steroid trials and Chris Benoit's deal. I was expecting a lot more detail on Montreal in particular.

I propose we change the name of the PPV to "Ring the Fuckin' Bell 2009"

I'm down. Got enough time to sign Hebner away from TNA?
