If WWE doesn't sign her, Gutter will march down to Stamford and beat the living piss out of Vince.

  2. Just wanted to say this: I love C.M. Punk as a heel.

  3. But how much of that ROH-style will Danielson be able to use? I think that's the main question. I've seen Danielson wrestle in person twice, and he's pretty damn amazing. He's got great endurance and can go move to move with anyone. I would love to see him in a match with HBK, but that seems like a ways off. I would also like to see him get involved with Punk at some point. That could make for some great wrestling.

I bet Morrison beats Mysterio in this match :D

I agreed with you until last week. It seemed like he was shoving the drug bit a little (OK, a lot) too far down our throats with Jeff Hardy. Hopefully things are different when he's facing Taker... [/don'tsayanythingbecauseIhaveitonDVR]

A rare Friday night in the office allowed me to enjoy the hell out of that Morrison-Mysterio match. Jumpin' jiminies. Two moves by Morrison -- the double armbar into the flip-kick thing; and his dropkick to Mysterio's chest -- were absolutely incredible. And they went damn near 30 minutes. Even though you knew how it was going to turn out, that was awesome. A PPV-worthy match by perhaps two of the most underrated guys on the roster.

Excellent show on Friday. Punk is really good as a heel because he actually tries to make the fans hate him, unlike many heels who just try to look tough.

Mysterio and Morrison did the IC belt proud. It really harkened back to the 80s when the IC title could be a main event on any show.

Agreed and agreed. I thought Punk with the face paint was a little gimmicky, but good anyway.

  9. I thought the face paint was brilliant. A big fuck you to Jeff and his fans.

I haven't watched much all summer, but with Punk as champion doing a program with Taker, my interest is back.

Hell of a match with Morrison and Rey Rey. I hope at some point we'll see a Punk, Morrison Goldy program.

Punk and Morrison have already had two pretty good series of matches (one for the ECW title, the other from a few weeks ago). Seems pretty likely they'll have a real program for the World or WWE or whatever damned title Punk holds.

Who knew Morrison as a face would work so well? While it looked like they wanted to push Miz from that team, all Miz did was flutter around, make a few Cena jokes, get his ass kicked and get lost in the U.S. title morass. Morrison goes out and has a shit-ton of great matches and everyone loves him.

He, along with Jack Swagger and Ted Dibiase Jr., are the only three guys I see and think "if they aren't world champions at some point in the next three years, WWE fucked it up bad."

Morrison is one of the best things going in the WWE. There will be something wrong if he doesn't have one of the top straps in the next few years.

If you could combine, in one wrestler, the Miz's mouth with Morrison's talent, you might have the next Rock.
