Given Morgan's popularity within the TNA organization, if he were to switch back over to the WWE. I could see him in a full-time title hunt role soon. Then again, I said the same thing about Christian and he's still in ECW. While he's had the "ECW Title" for quite some time now, that title means almost nothing.

But Christian has helped to elevate that title (as has the booking) by having solid title matches with all comers. The match he had with Ryder a couple of weeks back was fantastic and second only to Mysterio/Morrison for TV match of the year so far for the E.

I didn't realize Morgan had been in WWE before. I also didn't realize he already was 33...

Morgan's had a couple of gimmicks in WWE -- including a pretty dreadful stuttering one. He was the masked Blueprint in OVW, and he may have tried that in WWE before they let him go. He's not a bad worker as big guys go, his promos are spirited if a little rough (he can be very subtle but it gets run over by his forcefulness) and his look is solid. But you could say the same thing about Test, and he got to date Steph for a little bit.

They must have some backup people (retired wrestlers, probably) who they can go to if the original guest host can't make it. Specifically, I'm wondering what the plan is if Big Ben gets concussed to next year tonight.

    Always a legitimate worry... :D

So will anyone be watching HIAC by less-than-legitimate means tonight? I'm looking for cost-cutting measures...

I'll probably kick in toward the end, but I won't be finding a feed until then.

Wait, so they started with Undertaker vs. CM Punk? That's confusing.

Wow. What a truly terrible PPV.

Punk vs. Taker to open? Seriously? I mean, OK match but you can't start a PPV with a heavyweight title match unless you're going to do something different or special.

I get why they split the three cage matches up (and yes, I'm calling them cage matches because there was very little HELL in those cells). Still, having both of your main events over before R-Truth vs. Drew McIntyre is a bad call.

Half the people in the bar I went to to watch it left after Orton vs. Cena and I don't blame them.

Liked what they did in Orton vs. Cena but this three-week title reign shit has got to stop. I think I've counted 15 title changes since Rumble for the two main belts and that's unacceptable in a 10-month period.

All in all, if not for Judgment Day, I'd say this was the worst PPV of the year.

Looks like it, from the results. Horrible. Truly horrible.
