Seems too confusing. Although fans are cheering Orton, I think WWE is happy with his angle and mic work thus far in this McMahon vs. Orton storyline. I know Triple H wants to be a heel and enjoys being a heel, but I don't see such a move happening until after Wrestlemania 25.

I was on WWE.com a little while ago, too, and they have a interview with Triple H up from Smackdown this past Friday. If I'm not mistaken, in that interview, that was the very first time that Triple H referred to Stephanie, Vince and Shane as immediate family. Looks like Triple H is coming back to Raw, too.

The other problem is that Orton isn't a good face. Once the fire from the initial Evolution turn died down, they ran out of things to do with him, so they gave him concussions and Stacy Kiebler in an effort to make people like him. Didn't work, so one RKO of Stacy later and he's been a heel ever since. His act doesn't translate to tweener/face as well as Austin/Rock/Guerrero's did.

Now you know who COULD turn face while not losing his edge? Edge.

Does anyone else see a Raw event of Triple H/Shane vs. Orton/DiBiase/Rhodes in the program's future?

Also, since they're in Nashville, close enough to Memphis, that it seems time for Lawler to be slapped around by Jericho tonight.

I'm sure Jericho will likely make some sort of smartass remark about the Oscars last night and refer again to Rourke. I don't know if Lawler will get involved, though.

I just thought about this, too. Considering Triple H has said he's returning to Raw, it seems almost guaranteed that it'll be Orton/Triple H at WM 25 while Edge will stay on Smackdown. If this is the case, and I could obviously be wrong, where does this leave Cena in the title picture and at Wrestlemania 25?

Feuding with Edge and facing him at WrestleMania. It'd be interesting to see how much Cena is used on RAW and Smackdown.
I think both main events are kind of stale matches, BUT they can be fresh with new storylines like HHH and the McMahons vs. Orton is shaping up to be. And Undertaker vs. HBK would be an excellent, very fresh addition to the card.

Manu released ... looks like no faction with Umaga and Sim.

Probably means Sim will be next to go.

This release makes no sense. Manu had huge talent and could have easily made a good run as IC Champ or something.

Arizona (University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale where the Cardinals play) was picked to host WrestleMania 26, according to azcentral.

Themed "Destruction in the Desert", this has been years in the making. With WWE's annual event pumping $35-50 million into the economy, I can see why cities are making pitches for the show. Presser tomorrow.

He has the size, the look, and the youth. Seemed pretty good in the ring. I don't understand the release either.

Too bad HHH is coming to RAW and Edge is staying at SD. I think Edge is freakin' awesome. But RAW can't have two mega heels like Orton and Edge. You've gotta' put one on one show and one on another.

The draft's on April 13, so they could switch Orton and Edge, but I doubt it.
