Really? I haven't heard of such a draft being promoted yet.

Wow. I thought Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat should have gone in a long time ago. Good 2009 HOF class so far.

I'd heard that Bill Watts and the Von Erichs were supposed to be added to the HOF too, but maybe that's changed.

I think they both will, but they haven't "officially" been added.

IMO, this is shaping up to be perhaps the best class ever.

I wonder when/if Randy Savage will get in.

    Raw's been excellent lately.

Steamboat's promo was really, really good.

I didn't like Orton running away from Triple H. Made him seem weak.

    Other than that, good show.

I can't wait until Beth Phoenix finally turns on Santino and beats the crap out of him. It's coming.

Steamboat works as a backstage agent with the likes of Arn Anderson and Dean Malenko. One of their jobs is to attend house (non-televised) shows, sit in the crowd, critique matches, and find out what works and what doesn't.

I think Ricky could be a valuable on-air addition. He can really talk.

Steamboat's been my favorite wrestler ever since I started following the WWF in the mid-80s, so I was thrilled to see him announced as the latest inductee, and even more so to see him get some airtime. Funny thing was, when he first came out to talk to Cole, he seemed a little stilted, like he was having trouble getting the words out. However, when Jericho came out (which I figured was just a matter of time), he really started to shine. I loved how he brought up the autograph signing that Jericho wrote about in his book.

That Hall-of-Fame class is shaping up to be a great one. I'd love to see that ceremony.
