Put Crosby on the Leafs, do you think Toronto is one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference, with Jean-Sebastien or The Monster has their stopper?

I know it's a bit of an exaggerated question, but I'm just curious to know your thoughts.

You're asking the wrong hypothetical. The question is, would Pens be doing as well now with JS or The Monster? Answer is, probably because the Pens score so many goals that whoever's in net can let in a bad one every so often and it doesn't matter.

Wilson was not amused with their effort and of course, has to be snarky as hell. Really, really dislike the guy.

Well he (Crosby) competes," Wilson said. "You know? I wish we had more guys [like that and] our top players play as hard as he did. You get to him and he stands up for himself and when his teammates see him doing that, they play hard, too."

Asked about the game's turning point, Wilson then offered a stern indictment of his team.

"The turning point of the game was when they dropped the opening faceoff," he said.

Well, at least they'd have someone who can score.

Is that sarcasm or you actually believe that Crosby could turn this franchise into a contender if he jump shipped today?

damn fucking close, they wouldn't be at the top of the conference but in the shit East they'd at least be a 4 to 6 seed.

The leafs would be better with more players like Crosby? Wow. Man he really is a genious, the smartest man in the room. I never thought of that. Just get more players like the best player in the game today. Fucking 'Tard.

Leafs lose to Flyers 4-1. The entire team could get fired and Burke wouldn't have to invoke a "non-compete" clause.

Can't score, can't win draws and soft as hell at both ends of the ice.

I've been a Leafs fan for fifty years and this may be the worst fucking team I've ever seen--and that includes those godawful teams under Ballard in the 80's.

OK, maybe I'm a little concerned now. A 3-0 loss at home to the Panthers? Ugh. Four in a row. Caps need to wake the fuck up.

    Don Cherry would be proud.

A bench clearing brawl in a game between Nottingham Panthers v Coventry Blaze. Canadians are involved of course.

    The announcers are awesome.

Favourite line: "Danny Myers should get beaten to hell for that".
