Winter Classic hangover not a particularly long one for the Penguins.

7 minutes and change into tonight's game ... Penguins 4, Lightning 0

 

Caps players admitted last night that the first 15 minutes or so of the game with the Bolts was sluggish due to Winter Classic hangover. Then again, Roloson played out of his mind even when Washington got pucks deep later in the game. I think he'll be a nice pickup for Tampa. That's going to be a tough team come playoff time.

 

Y'all are gonna want to watch the highlights tonight. Stamkos just blew a tire at the blue line on a penalty shot.

 

Symbolic given the Bolts' play against the Pens, eh?

Didn't want to see Rollie in Tampa ... just made my team's chances in the Southeast that much tougher.
