Given that the Big Bad Bruins beat the ever-loving crap out of Les Habs on the scoreboard and on the ice I suspect it will be more than a minority .

Anybody who boos a national anthem is a moron.

Don't disagree. But it makes good TV and gets everyone's knickers in a twist.

Seems like harmless fun to me, as long as it isn't mean-spirited. Just a bit of rivalry.

Boo the team not the anthem, it's completely disrespectful.

If booing the anthems helped put an end to them, I'd be all for it.

different argument which I don't disagree with but since they are sung, stand, take off your hat and don't boo.

Matt Cooke as contrite and remorseful as ever.

    I'm not arguind with you.

    BTW, Andrew Peters retired today.

Seven points in five seasons with the Sabrses

    Great quote (via Twitter)

Andrew Peters best quote: "One guy told me I was the worst player in the NHL. Is true, but I’m the worst player in the best league."

Islanders 8, Penguins 3, midway through the third.

Well, let's see. The Penguins are playing without ...

    Sidney Crosby
    Evgeni Malkin
    Aaron Asham
    Mark Letestu
    Mike Rupp
    Matt Cooke
    Chris Kunitz
    Dustin Jeffrey
and I think Pascal Dupuis got run early in the game.

Still doesn't excuse giving up an ocho to the Isles. ;)
