Ah, the old, "I just had gaping holes poked in my argument, so I'll just say I was digging for a response." A spnited special.

Mariner fans, let's go back to talking about Griffey's sleep habits ... :(

Orioles take 2-of-3 as Seattle blows a 5-1 lead once Felix is pulled in the eighth.

Luke Scott puts Baltimore ahead 6-5 with a grand slam, then Cub fan favorite Corey Patterson cuts down Josh Wilson at the plate to end the game.

Wow. Talk about a kick in the testes.

I'd just like to point out that Zack Greinke is assured of at least a no-decision, unless Trey Hillman decides to ride him like Gil Meche. Six freaking runs for the reigning Cy Young winner. He's awash in riches.

And they haven't put any runs on it all year.

Damn, I was really hoping Nedley would wind up back in the NL.

Royals fans are about to be treated to five-month lesson in bullpen mismanagement.

Drayton Moore ain't one of the Cosbys. He never should have gone to Hillman.

Always wondered what happened to Ned Yost. 'Twas only five years or so ago he was talked about as a potential successor to Bobby Cox in Atlanta. Still might be, I guess, if he gets anything out of the Royals the rest of the way ...

Baseball needs a Ned to be managing.
