And spnited goes for the weak personal attacks after the latest gaping hole in his logic is pointed out. No surprise there.

You were the one saying they should ignore financial concerns and bring up Strasburg two months ago, but now you think they shouldn't spend.

And it isn't just about saving money in the future. It is about keeping him a year longer. You still haven't read the story that explained all of this, have you? I'm assuming that is the case because your reading comprehension can't possibly be that weak.

If Vlad Guerrero goes to the All-star game this year, he should buy KC's pitching staff a steak dinner for helping him get there.

Squirrel Nation is moving past Holiday lights and Really Big Shrubs.

They now have their sights set on Target Field. Brendan Harris lets humankind down.

I'm guessing Moddy and Sonner have already placed their orders:

Nice. Love the new avatar, too, Trey, though I'm guessing Chuck Norris would never be publicly called out for lack of hustle.

If you look closely, you can almost see his elbow exploding. Not that I'm wishing him harm or anything, but I wouldn't be shocked if he went the way of Kerry Wood. Human elbows don't like freaky-deaky benders all that much.

My Strasburg t-shirt jersey was bought weeks ago. The Nats are 0-1 when I wear it to the park; 0-2 overall when I'm in attendance; 1-2 after June 4. :)

Whoever designed that shirt must have a 1975 Topps baseball card wrapper or two somewhere: http://www.dacardworld.com/vintage/1975-topps-mini-baseball-wrapper

My t-shirt is on the way. Not that one. A jersey one, similar I'm sure to Sonner's (only a hell of a lot bigger).

Nats are 5-0 with me in the house which is amazing. Lost first eight last year and I didn't see my fifth win until August.

The Strasburg T-shirt in the picture looks like something a smelly guy with a hot dog cart screen printed in his basement, and is selling three blocks from Nats Park as he keeps a wary eye out for the po-po.

Ozzie may be suspended for a while after this one. He certainly keeps things interesting Cheesy.
Oh, and the first quote moves onto my personal list of Ozzie favorites. Smiley.

Edit: Kind of an embarrassing effort by the Trib. Check out the horrible typo in the cutline and another in the last quote of the story
