    I interviewed Speed's crew chief, Jimmy Elledge, when he came to Rockingham Speedway for our New Year's Day race. He struck me as a risk-taker.

    ......this is stupid. Is there anyway to run more than 3 laps without a wreck? I love cars, love driving, have tons of respect for these guys and I'm trying to get into Nascar, but shit, it's been 7 hours!!!!!!

    Whoever thought up the endless Green-White-Checkers apparently didnt count on the fact of every car wrecking out of the race.

    wouldnt it be embarassing for NASCAR to race all day and battle potholes only to have no winner.
