Who beat? What's the standings? How many races left? Where were they? I don't follow it much anymore.

Not until after they pack up the 24 pit while the 24 crew takes over the 48 pit. Although I think one of the 48 guys already left. Holy shit, what a twist.

They're at Texas with less than 50 laps to go. Biffle's leading the race, Johnson's leading the points with Hamlin and Harvick breathing down his neck. All three are currently racing in the top 10. There are two races left after this one.

Denny. Denny by 33 over Johnson and 59 over Harvick. 2. Texas.

Somebody other than Johnson? Everybody should be thrilled.

I don't know, I'd like to see Johnson win it for histiorical purposes. 5 straight championships? He'd join a pretty short list in sports there--Yankees, Canadiens, Celtics, UCLA, all of which happened 40-60 years ago.

I've been a life long fan, but (like a lot of folks) have lost interest over the past couple of years. Can't really put my finger on why. Chase didn't really grab me, Johnson's dominance, not real fond of the new cars.....something.

Having said all that, this season's Chase has gotten my attention. I found myself flipping over to the race yesterday...and eventually staying with it. I'm excited to see how it all comes out, after the next two races.

I think it's Stockholm Syndrome, but I kind of want him to win it.

John Force laughs at five straight championships.

I kinda wish Johnson would win and maybe they'd blow the Chase up. It's crap.

News today is the 48 and 24 crews are swapped for the rest of the season. That's a horseshit move for the guys on the 48 team. I'd like to seem them all collect a big check at the end of the year, walk from HMS and all latch on somewhere else.

You're right. That is a total horseshit move.
