LeBron, and it's not particularly close.

I would've said Tiger but I guess he's taken a hit. I knew it was him and LeBron at the top for a while, proving once again how idiotic the endorsement argument is. He's Nike's top guy, has McDs and several others, what more could he endorse?

What do the Knicks gain by signing Stoudemire and letting David Lee -- who averaged 20+ and 10+ and was a huge fan favorite -- walk away?

A guy with a bad eye and a reconstructed knee?
Someone who will excel in D'Antoni's no-defense system?
A few more points in the paint per game?

The ability to spin that they added a major free agent, even if it was the worst of the bunch.

NY State now has a blind Governor and a half blind center.

Be funny if Lebron signs with the Knicks and they find that he can't play in D'Antoni system.

LeBron's twitter page is killing me. First, he's up to 146,000 followers. And every time you click refresh, it goes up about 11 per second.

Oh, it's the real King James. I was confused. ESPN had it as a scroll, with the note that in the past, LeBron was unwilling to join social networks. But what about his email? Does Broussard know what he uses? I bet he's a gmail guy, new school, cutting edge. I bet Kobe's Yahoo still, old school, fundamentally sound, all about simply delivering emails, nothing too flashy.

No, that would be Joe Johnson or Rudy Gay.

Reinsdorf has never paid the tax before but he has said he would if it was for an intelligent reason. And Rose strikes me as the type of guy who would be happy to take the backseat to someone like LeBron or Wade.

LeBron to announce decision at 9 PM EST on ESPN.

I wonder if he will have the hats of all the teams on a table in front of him? :)

No, he'll do it more like we did at our coronation for homecoming king, where someone ran behind all the contenders as the crowd worked up into a frenzy before the crown was finally placed on a guy's head. So LeBron will have Riley, Reinsdorf, the big Russian and Dan Gilbert standing in front of a podium and he'll run behind them with a Team LeBron hat, which he'll finally place on someone's head.

So what's a more anticipated press conference: this one or Tiger's I've-been-a-bad-boy one?
