I thought the same thing. At least he and Jericho are still able to work as a tag team, although really, it looks like the Hart Dynasty is going to move on to fight the Rakashis and Sis Snuka. I'm not sure where that leaves the Miz and Jericho in this whole merry-go-round, unless they feud with each other already, which would be pretty good.

I've gotta think Miz factors into the MITB pay per view match. WWE can't truly be so blind as to not see what kind of reaction he draws, can they?

The thought occurred to me that maybe they took the belt off Miz for his program with Danielson, then they'll try to elevate both at the same time.

Or, more likely, the WWE is just stupid.

It seems like they want to push R-Truth more than de-push Miz. Truth did get a clean win against DiBiase before the U.S. title win.

So is he going to be Daniel Bryan or Bryan Danielson? And I wondered if at some point they'd turn him heel, doing a "I'm too good for this shit" gimmick. They still could, but it seems unlikely.

What is the deal with R-Truth's finishing move? That has to be the least devastating finishing move since Tito Santana's flying forearm.

I dunno, but it's a piledriver in Memphis compared to MVP's The Playmaker.

If they named Bret the Raw GM, why are they still using a guest host?

Also, who was the group that attacked the Hart Dynasty after the tag match? I'm just now catching the replay.

They haven't been named or discussed on the telecast - thanks Cole and King! - but I believe it is Snuka's daughter as the valet, and Rakishi's sons as the tag team, according to the dirt sheets. I had no idea Rakishi was old enough to have sons who are old enough to be wrestlers.

Wasn't snuka's son wrestling a few years ago?

Yeah, I got curious and looked it up right after :) I had no idea that 100+ pounds ago, he was a member of the Headshrinkers.

Rikishi's sons were created from the leftover lard after his last liposuction surgery.
