Welcome to Spike TV, the channel for overpromotion.

As a fan of the UFC, it's been damn near unbearable. Wait until they make TNA rename the Imact Zone the MANSWERS Impact Zone, brought to you by Pros vs. Joes!

Last week, Orton threatened to kick out both of them if they lost their respective matches. They didn't.

This week, the two of them threatened to kick out Orton if he lost to Kofi. He didn't.

This Angle/Styles match is excellent, but ANOTHER COMMERCIAL BREAK?

Thank fucking goodness. I was going to be pissed if I kept half an eye on this all night and all they ever gave us was semi-real emo crap.

It's still pro wrestling. Somebody should always be double-crossing somebody.

I'm disappointed that Bret didn't bring up Owen's death, even if to make Vince squirm a little.

And I would have liked Bret to at least recover from the kick to the crotch and stalk Vince back to the locker room.

    Otherwise, good stuff.

At least we can safely say Bret's appearance isn't a one-shot deal.

Next week's host ... Mike Tyson. So HBK will get to confront him as well.

The TNA ending was pretty good. I didn't like that the Styles/Angle match essentially was called a no contest. But Foley attacking Bischoff is interesting. Flair coming out randomly during the Styles/Angle match raised my eyebrow, though.

I was watching Raw after seeing Styles pin Angle. How was that changed to a no-contest?

I haven't watched wrestling in years. Tuned in tonight because of Bret Hart.

Until the final minute, I loved it. Felt he was getting his peace, showing folks respect, a good one-off. He's had a stroke and I looked at it as a bucket list sort of deal. The thing with Stu Hart was a perfect touch. I thought maybe the WWE turned a corner and finally learned that you can entertain without being bombastic all the time.

Then I was reminded why I stopped watching pro wrestling.

I turned the channel. I won't bother turning it back.

But it's a setup for Bret to get his revenge and closure at Wrestlemania. He's going to be around until April, so they had to do somthing to set up his time there.

Oh, hm. Might have missed it when I changed over for when Vince was talking. My bad. :)

I saw Hogan bantering and Angles and Styles watching on by the time I switched back over.

Hogan came out to congratulate them and boost the TNA roster when someone whispered in his ear, ostensibly that Foley had gotten into the Impact Zone, setting up the final segment.
