Maybe R-Truth will get his ass kicked again and end up out of another PPV. Then Bourne can replace him.

I was thinking it would have been cool to have some Smackdown guys cross over, such as Undertaker and Big Show. That would have been fine.

All in all, a very strong Raw. I was marking out a bit when Miz was trying to cash in the MITB. The crowd was hot for it, too.

Yeah, it did look a little awkward. Barrett looked like he hurt his back on it, too, because he kept holding it before Cena came out. He really didn't need to sell anything, so I'm guessing he strained it, or worse.

This is going to be like watching blind elephants fuck, isn't it?

I thought maybe Barrett had broken Henry's arm. It kind of got bent under him a bit awkwardly when he landed.

This is supposed to be a Glenn Beck-less thread.

(I know, I'm going to hell).

I find it odd Nexus hasn't attacked any SmackDown wrestlers, but at least the "brand split" has reigned supreme in this angle.

I know what you mean in that Nexus hasn't actually "invaded" Smackdown, but on last Friday's show, they did have a clip of them beating down Kofi Kingston in the latest NXT episode.

Strange choices for Cena's team. Morrison and Truth kinda had things going already with DiBiase and the Miz earlier in the show. And then the Great Khali gets added on too? I kinda expect Khali to get jumped backstage by Nexus in the buildup to Summerslam and get replaced by Evan Bourne.

Of Cena's team, have all of them been attacked by Nexus? I don't remember them attacking Khali.

I'll be honest...I wanted to see Trips on this team. Instead, I see R-Truth, Khali and Bret F-ing Hart. The last time Hart was involved with a group/invasion angle, he was damn near washed up. It's 13 years later.

They didn't attack him, but he did "speak" out against them in a backstage segment that caused some dissension between him and Singh. It could be a way for Singh to align himself with the group; I've always thought he has been a good manager, and he'd make for a good mouthpiece.

As is, the angle is very meh to me. Bret Hart, really? He looked horrible at Wrestlemania, so I have no idea why they're involving him in this. Is there going to be some seven-on-seven clustereff at Summer Slam? If so, I really hope they use elimination rules.

Maybe Khali also gets beaten down, and replaced by Big Show?
