So Orton just ... won? Clean? That's it?
If that's the case, that just sucks humongous donkey balls. Like others have said, there were so many ways they could have gone with this -- including a few that would've kept uberface SuperCena around -- and they picked the worst option.

It's official, the WWE writers are god awful and miss these opportunities. Guarantee the next night on Raw, the GM rehires him. Obviously it would be kind of lame, but what would you expect from WWE writers now after this letdown of a Survivor Series?

Yeah, a lame ending. Barrett hits his finisher on Orton and pins him. Cena counts to two, then Orton grabs the bottom rope, and Cena stops the count. Barrett starts arguing with him, then shoves Cena once. Cena acts mad, shoves Barrett back, then Orton RKOs him.

I like how every PPV, the adult fans get excited about the possibility of whatever theory they've come up, convincing themselves it is likely to happen, then act shocked and disgusted when the WWE goes with the most obvious choice for casual fans.

It's no different than being in high school and dating the Homecoming Queen. Every Saturday night, you think this will finally be the night she lets you move your hand under her shirt and every Saturday night, you get stuck with the awkward side boob touch while watching TV.

You hang on though because, well, what other options are there? And, also, you know eventually she'll let someone touch some tittie and, by golly, you've already put in the hard work, you should stick around for the reward.

All of which is distracting us from how utterly awful Striker is. Come on, that's got to get him fired, right?

I GUARANTEE, absolutely GUARANTEE, that they'll edit that in the DVD release. This stinks as much as the Shelton Benjamin fuck up at WM25. I watched it live and he screwed up, massively, on his somersault from the huge ladder. Rent the DVD and it looks like he hit a big spot perfectly.

Yet another thing I despise about the current regime.

But I do still love the WWE. I always will. Even when they do suck. :)

My prediction is Styker will exclaim "Cena's fired!" at the end of that match.

This is kinda random, but did anyone notice that Orton's hair was longer than it's been in a long time?

Guess he's letting it grow out again. He's had the bald look for a while.

I thought it was a pretty decent show. Like you guys I thought the ending was a bit of a disappointment, but overall the matches were entertaining.

I know they wouldn't turn Cena into a heel.

That said, I'm assuming that HHH will be coming back soon if Cena takes a long "vacation"

Because many times, the adults' storylines are better than the WWE's.

Like I said about Cena wearing the Nexus shirt. If they wanted to get fans really emotionally involved, they would have had him wear the shirt for a few weeks, and have Barrett totally humiliate him for weeks, so that eventually, the payoff is more satisfying.

Instead, we had one week where Cena was humiliated, he didn't wear the shirt except for two minutes, and, unless they have a major shocker in store, we end up getting a 'Fired, and a return three weeks later" BS storyline.

And if I see a "Let's have a petition to reinstate Cena" crap, I'm going to puke.

Something that I forgot to add. Did anyone else notice when The King was talking about his Survivor Series team from the past, then started naming his opponents:

"doink, dink, pink, I don't know the other one's name but it should of been stink"

I laughed so hard when he made that comment.
