Am I the only one who think the WWE's Slammy Awards are the most stupid thing on the planet, even by WWE standards?

I mean, Diva of the Year is contested in a freakin' battle royale! It has nothing to do with who the best Diva in the year 2010 is -- it's who is best on one stupid night.

What's worse, the Assholes That Be in the WWE offices decided to nix the nomination of Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels shaking hands.

What fuck-up *cough* Trips *cough* decided that!?

 

Slammys are harmless fun. So long as they don't trot Dennis Miller out there, I'm fine with it. And it's not like anyone really cares about Diva of the Year.

See, they didn't trot out Dennis Miller! They saved up for David Arquette!

 

I hope the levees break so Arquette and whoever hired him drown.

 

I guess at least he's playing up being a heel, as a poor man's Andy Kaufmann.

God, I probably shouldn't make a comment on this, but do Wade Barrett's trunks seem much smaller than normal?

 

That eyepoke by Barrett looks legit. Show's eye looks like it's swollen.

 

So, in the middle of CM Punk's apparent face turn on commentary, they have him hugging Cole and slapping his back? Now he's cutting a heel promo.

 

They've cast Punk as a do-his-own-thing commentator. I guess they're leaving his next opponent in the dark so that they can change it depending on whether the want him as a face or heel.

Maybe he's targeting Cena for the unwarranted attacks on his diet Pepsi.

 

Also I predict that Barrett doesn't hire Cena back and Nexus beats the shit out of Otunga.
