So, why don't they just end any brand separation that still exists?

 

They haven't kept them separate in ten years, except for a brief time around 2002-03. What makes you think they'll keep them separate now?

 

Technically, they only combine them on "special episodes" of Raw (any three-hour episode). Problem is, there's been a ton of them recently (Slammys, Old School, King of the Ring, Raw's 900th episode). Plus there were special episodes of Smackdown for their 10th anniversary and their SyFy debut. And of course with Bragging Rights comes a few weeks of ham-handed crossover buildup.

This should do it for brand dilution ... until Wrestlemania season.

 

Say this for Wade Barrett, he has great facial expressions. He has veteran poise for a guy who only has a few months of TV experience.

I don't know that it is. She certainly didn't sound like she was in on it -- you'd think they'd prep her to talk on the microphone if that were the case. They likely got so much buzz from that photo that they decided to make something of it.
