That was the final match, but the real highlight was when he beat Col. DeBeers in a turkey on a pole match, well before Vince Russo made a cottage industry of thing-on-a-pole matches

Only saw the beginning of RAW last night flipping around between innings of thew Jays-Angels game, and while the give-and-take between Punk-HHH was amusing enough, all the air went out of that when the talent relations guy came out. His performance on the mic was embarassing.

Wish I'd seen Jake Milliman beat Col. DeBeers. Was Larry Nelson losing his shit at ringside?

Nelson was already gone by then. Supposedly, he just didn't show up one day, maybe because he wasn't getting paid. So they found a substitute broadcaster for him. Some guy named Bischoff. Wonder whatever happened to him?

And I couldn't find Jake's win over DeBeers, but I did find his battle royal win:

Can't believe I watched that whole thing. What a fucking horror show. Just brutal "rassling". May be the worst battle royal ever.

I thought Raw was OK last night.

Henry is a beast and should be getting the push he's getting now. Great for him.

It was obvious to me a few weeks ago that Laurinitis is in a power feud with Trips or would end up that way. Look at the way he was playing Nash etc.

This is heading for the power split, which is why I think you're seeing Raw SuperShows. This split probably will last until Mania IMO. They can get a lot of mileage out of it.

Just thought of something that would be funnier than hell:

Next week's RAW, a cameraman shows two unfamiliar Hispanic guys laid out in the locker room.

    Following me yet?

Next match is a couple of guys against Sin Cara I and Sin Cara II.

Except they're taller. And one of them is black.

    Won't work.

One of them is already booked.

Or the other one is Hornswoggle.

Also, if you have two Sin Caras, that means you have dos Caras. Alberto Del Rio's real name is Dos Caras Jr. So if Dos Caras came out of retirement to fight his son, you could have dos Dos Caras. Or perahps that would be quad Caras. And a tag match of Sin Cara/Dos Caras vs. Sin Cara/Dos Caras would give us ocho Caras. Both teams would be escorted to the ring by a Bella, naturally.

    Muy caliente!

Personally, if they're going to all that trouble, I'd like to see them come back dressed up as the Conquistadors.
