Yeah, you're right. I thought he had won one of the belts (WWE or World) at some point during his second tenure. I do remember he won the IC and tag belts.

And really, at that point in his career, he seemed to be a great IC champ. He could still draw, he could still work, and he could make younger talent look good. I'm surprised Vince didn't do something similar with HBK toward the end of his run. HBK would've been a *perfect* IC or US champ for a good 6-8 months.

On another note, just got back from Salem, Ore., and last night's TNA house show. There were some odd things...in terms of presentation, the stage was literally just a curtain and a couple steps, the ring was tiny, and the seats took up so little of the arena floor that the merch table also was on said floor. Oh, and I was reminded why I'm glad Don West is no longer on TV.

Also, unlike on TV when basically it's the heels going over, the faces won every match except one (Jeff Hardy over Anderson), but Anderson was basically working heel and Hardy face. The faces over heels also included D-Von over Hernandez, which surprised me because Hernandez has been beating the shit out of people on TV.

The wife has been satisfying her Jeff Hardy crush today by watching the 3-disc DVD the WWE put out a while back.

Gotta say, I miss Hardy in the WWE. He wasn't the most convincing champion but dude brought it big time most of the time. Especially love seeing the way he matured from when he started to when he left last year.

Just finished watching the Big Show DVD on Netflix. Wasn't bad, wasn't awful. Some interesting stuff about him growing up. Goes through his career, he shows off his personalized bus that he travels in.

I absolutely love the TNA/heel version of Jeff Hardy. The problem is, they keep hotshotting the belt (and keeping it as his personalized belt) so his badass quotient has been severely compromised. His initial 3- or 4-month run with the belt, though, was pretty damn impressive from a character standpoint.

  6. Sunny to the WWE Hall of Fame. Still pretty damn hot despite the hell she's gone through over the years.

So, we're 45 minutes in and we've had two matches. Fantastic.

Why is Stone Cold drinking Keystone?

It's a man's beer. Between drinking and pouring it all over Cole and JBL he must have gone through a case in 10 minutes.
