I didn't "qualify" it. I admitted the no-call and subsequent foul on the floor were awful. Simply dreadful.

Those were not the only reason Kansas won.

Gophers beat No. 1 for first time in 24 years, 77-73 over Hoosiers. Good game.

Third loss by a #1 ranked Hoosier outfit to an unranked team in the same season . . . accomplished only twice, previously, by any program in NCAA history . . . nice work, Crean-y, m'boy . . .

There is not a single elite team this year. Just a bunch of pretty good teams. Should be a fun tourney.

    hahhahahaha, I yet live.

Never been a Crean fan. Always said that IU will never win an outright championship of any kind while he is coach. He will be outcoached. And by that, I don't necessarily mean late-game moments (though his offense and defense on inbound plays are completely baffling). I mean preparation, player development (people more knowledgeable than me say Cody Zeller's footwork and post moves aren't where they should be), and overall demeanor. The man cannot sit down. And while he overcoaches with substitutions, he always goes home with timeouts in his pocket.

That all said, last night they just got beat. Still control their destiny for their first outright Big Ten title in two decades (yes, you read that right; Indiana is clearly no longer among the elite, no matter what fans blather about our "banners").

Which is why it will suck when Michigan wins that last game of the season.

I've always thought Minnesota has the sweetest court, what with the elevation and the fact you can see the entire maroon sideline opposite the benches and scoring table, with very little interference under each basket.

Move aside, BBOC. Here's another candidate for ridiculous loss: No. 4 Michigan at Penn State.

    At winless-in-the-B1G Penn State.

    LOL Wolverines!

    Penn State? Really?

The same team that was 0-18 in conference before tonight?

    Haha.

Georgetown (12-3) lost to South Florida (1-14) in the Big East.

Kansas (12-3) lost to TCU (1-14) in the Big 12.

And now Michigan (10-5) lost to Penn State (1-14) in the Big Ten.

And none of those losses absolves the other two from being made fun of for a complete bed shitting.

    Margin of victory matters, too.
