    Well, yeah.

Jetes will pitch every two days AND play shortstop everyday.

"My client signed his $16 million a year contract to play mediocre shortstop and hit .300 with little power. If you're going to have him pitching every two days, you better bump that back up to $22 million a year."

Yanks should sign Jamie Moyer. He had three good Minor League starts for the O's before asking for his release when they didn't call him up.

Plus, his association with the Yankees will solidify his HoF credentials.

Tim Lincecum, covering home plate on a wild pitch, gets his glove knocked off by a Dodgers player but hangs on to it and holds up the disembodied glove with the ball in it for the out. Pretty cool play.
It's also the second time in a few weeks that Lincecum has put himself in harm's way on a play at the plate. A couple weeks ago against the A's he took a head to the chin. He's a tough little bugger.

Garcia back into the rotation and Phelps called back up for the Yanks?

They'll have to wait until the Jays release him.

No doubt at all he's a gamer.

Was announced as Friday's starter in place of CC, but he went 2+ innninga today, so that's probably out.

Ah, didn't realize that. Well, there goes his chance at the HoF.

Though, since Jetes will play for ever, maybe we can work out a trade and give up a promising young SS.
