    In a base-72 numbering system, there would be separate identifying marks for each digit 0 through 71, and then on to the next column. Example: 10 in base-72 would be 72, 11 would be 73, and so on.

    But 6 would still be 6.

    That's relievers for you. The elite ones are so rare. Axford is proving to be yet another one-or-two-year flash-in-the-pan. Nice while it lasted.

    That's why small-market teams that throw money at relievers are morons.
