So are about 25 other teams in baseball. I would think the Marlins would resist any temptation to dump Reyes and Stanton, but maybe I've got too much faith in humanity.

I know he would be a huge get for someone, just didn't think the Jays would be one. I know they are talking about moving Yunel Escobar but I thought that would be to bring up Adeiny Hechavarria from AAA.

    Braves beat the Marlins 7-1.

Hanson ends game with 7 Ks, 7 BBs and 7 steals allowed in 5 innings to get the win.

First pitcher to total 7-7-7 in those three categories and get the win since Bob Feller in 1936 (Feller struck out 17 in that game).

Their hats are all the rage among the kids this year. That has to be worth some extra revenue!

So did Feller strike out 7 or 17?

Mostly interested in looting the Marlins would be my guess.

Sorry. Total at least 7 in each category. Feller struck out 17, walked 9 and allowed 7 steals on Sept. 13, 1936:

    He was 17 years old.

Nine walks and 17 Ks for a 17-year-old. I wonder what the pitch count was. Enough to make the Nats piss their pants thinking about it, probably.

When Johnson went to go get him, I expected see him carrying a box and lip read, "Gimmie the ball; here's your shit. We'll mail you your final check."

He was waving for relief before he got to the top step of the dugout

Sorry, I'm not fluent in natsfanspeak -- what's SMH stand for?

IIRC, Feller's 17 Ks at 17 was the only time someone struck out their age until Kerry Wood's 20 at 20.
