The Reds are realer than any other team in that sorry division, at the very least.

I don't know why anyone would doubt the Reds. They're good all the way around. We tend to focus on the favorite teams of various posters, but the Reds won the Sheep pool for "Which team will win the NL pennant?"

But will they overcome Dusty Baker's managing?

Well, we all know he can't lead a team to a pennant without cheating. :D

Along with Mattingly and Blanton. And tonight so far, it's Showalter and Reynolds with the Orioles. Is there a connection?

If they do get to the Series, his son should be old enough to be a batboy, which means they'll have to add JT Snow as an emergency coach.

The NL Central certainly is a sorry division, no doubt there. And Cincy has played very well without Votto. But then again, they've played some real dog teams during that stretch. Their top two in the rotation are damn good, but beyond that the starters to me at least seem iffy. The offense is streaky. I don't know, guess I'm just not sold, especially with Dusty in charge.

The starting pitching is probably the biggest question mark. Their bullpen is insane, though, so if they can get a lead into the 7th, they're insanely tough to beat.

Depends on what happened with the Dodgers last night. In the case of the Baltimore duo, it was horrific umpiring.

Very true on the horrific umpiring. Haven't seen too many umpires reverse a call like that (which I'm guessing was more of the issue than the actual call itself).

But it ended up not mattering as the O's got out of the inning.

The main problem for Baltimore was Prince Fielder and two massive home runs.
