    I was covering the brilliance that is the Carolina League playoffs last night ... left the press box and the Os were up 6-1. Ten minutes later when I got to the office, it was 6-6. That's the sort of shit that SHOULD break this team. But no, they slam three homers in the bottom of the 8th and win 10-6. Amazing.

    Strop hasn't been good of late. That's been my big worry lately, that the bullpen has been used so much this year that it may start to falter in September. Hopefully, just a blip.
