Good grief. Could it be the Washington Nationals, Baltimore Orioles, Chicago White Sox and Oakland Athletics all make the playoffs in the same season!?!?!?

 

Baltimore up 3 on the Angels for the second wild card now with 15 to play. Really happy to see the O's come out and smack Seattle in the mouth last night. That's what you should do when you're facing a 2-11 pitcher and you're in a pennant race and the other team isn't. The Yankees have Toronto at home, so a sweep is probably mandatory if Baltimore wants to keep up.

Tampa and Detroit are close to dead ... five out of the wild card for the Rays; 5 1/2 for the Tigers, 3 out of the division lead with no more games left against the Pale Hose.

 

I think that's one of the MLB signs of the apocalypse isn't it?
