It can happen. If A's win today, Rangers are in wild card.

The tougher part is that the Yankees have to lose a game off the lead to the Orioles tonight, then lose to the Orioles on Thursday.

They should have had Jim Ross make the call.

And then CM Punk shows up, stomps on JR's hat, demands respect from the crowd and then bails when Jayson Werth, Mike Morse and Moddy show up.

He's been a terrific player. As a Mets fan, I'm glad his career is ending. Larry has caused me more heartache than any other.

It was definitely Sanchez, because I remember telling the other half of the department there's no way they run on Posey in that situation.

Nats win, so NL bracket is set. Atl-StL winner faces the Nats, Reds open at SF Saturday.

Meanwhile, Texas scores five in the third, leads Oakland 5-1.

Dusty back in SF for the playoffs. That'll be a story.

Absolutely stunned that Ryan Dempster is shitting the bed today. Washington pulls him in the bottom of the fourth. He's given up two runs in the inning with two on, nobody out. 5-3 Rangers at the moment.
