Also, there were a couple of months where I lost interest in the WWE, but why is ADR thrown into the WHC hunt? Wasn't he the WWE champion?

    Because he's Mexican.

He was. But he's now on Smackdown for reasons I don't believe have been explained.

I'm fairly certain they ended the brand extension and just didn't bother to tell anyone. Much like the anonymous GM angle that dominated everything for months and then, poof, was never mentioned again.

I guess they sorta told everyone the brand extension was done when they started doing the Raw Supershows.

The perfect guest referee for the match, if he was still alive.

At least until June when Fozzy has shows in Europe.

Gotta love how WWE broadcasters have to tip toe around a wrestler's past. Case in point: Ryback debuted on SD. Only thing they said about his past was he was on NXT and then got hurt.

That's not exactly true, isn't it...? I thought he was part of the Nexus invasion angle. (And wow, that seems like ancient history at this point.)

yes - then he got hurt as I recall

He was barely in the angle, though, before he got hurt, so it's not too far from the truth.

Somebody really needs to edit together an "Animal House" like montage of the Nexus angle. Lots of chaos and funny music, with the little note on what happened to each guy.
I think at this point Daniel Bryan would be like Bluto and Michael Tarver is D-Day.
