    Absolutely.

Just like people in the 60s and 70s who grew up with Bruno, in the 80s with Hogan, in the 90s with Bret, and Austin, and the Rock, and in the 00s and 10s with Cena.

Am watching a replay of Smackdown from Friday night and saw what Ryback did to those jobbers. The double Samoan drop was one of the more impressive feats of strength I've seen in a while. I'd like to see what he can do in a non-squash match.

Have they said Punk, Bryan and Kane are going to be a in a three-way match at the next PPV? I know Kane gets a title shot on Smackdown this week, but I haven't seen anything about making this a three-way feud for the belt.

I bet there is some sort of schmozz that causes Kane to not win the title, triple threat is booked, Bryan scores the fall over Kane in the triple threat to win the title.

Well, Bryan is the face on the PPV poster ...

So I'm caught up on Raw. I apparently didn't miss much these past few episodes. But I am excited about Punk being on the cover of the new game. I'm still playing the much-dated 2010 SmackDown vs. Raw. Time for a new edition.

The Punk/Bryan/AJ thing could be weirdly good. I recall Kelly chasing after Punk during their ECW run, but crazy AJ is ripe for zany segments. I'm sure the E will find a way to screw it up.

That video game segment was not only cheesy as hell, it didn't even seem to serve much purpose besides crappy hype. Weren't they saying the game is coming out in October? That's five months from now.

The WWE has never let anything like something being released almost half a year later stand in the way of being able to do some crappy hype.

To be fair, we know Calvin Johnson is Madden cover bound, and that game won't come out for a few more months.

  10. You really think Punk drops the title at a stupid PPV like Over the Limit? I suppose he could but I just have a feeling he holds on to it until SummerSlam.

I read on some site the other day where they've been thinking about switching up both titles to, I guess, freshen things up. The plan evidently has been to give Del Rio a summer run with Goldie, but I don't remember seeing anything about the plans for the Punk-Bryan feud.

I think it'd be neat to see Bryan win it via shenanigans at Over the Limit, and have a spectacular feud with Punk for the strap heading into Summer Slam. But that's just me.

Maybe you were reading a thread about 2011? :D Del Rio seems a bit buried to me right now, but I think he's their only draw south of the border right now, if I remember correctly.
