Fair enough. AJ's still awesome, though.

    The commercial was hilarious.

Kane: I need to bring cake?
    Big Show: Mmmmm ... cake.

Punk: "I don't want to go to Kuwait!"

  4. Anyone know where I can see last night's RAW online? It isn't on Comcast on demand and I haven't had power since Friday.

I think it helps that AJ is so god damn short and petite - it makes her seem even more psychotic to me. The end of Raw was pretty awesome.

Just checked in to see what's happening, and of course they ruined MITB. Instead of an awesome match full of up-and-comers and spot-monkeys where you wonder what mid-carder is going to break out and get a nearly-sure title run, we get a recycling of the same old guys we've all seen a million times.

Although it's been less hyped, they do have a match of non-title guys too. It's got Tyson Kidd, Tensai and a couple others.

And four more qualifying matches on tonight's live Smackdown.

I don't disagree with the approach, at least in theory. Why *wouldn't* an established star want a chance to earn an any time, any place title shot? Off script, it's turned into the "give the rising star the boost to world/WWE title status", but on script, they've never restricted access to anyone based on success. So it makes perfect sense for a Cena or a Punk to want in.

They really need to give up on Tensai. He only gets heat when he beats up his second. Everything else is crickets. He can't even rate Albert chants anymore. There was fertile ground as the badass gaijin come back to America with his new attitude and in-ring style. Having him be a big recognizable white guy playing a Japanese stereotype straight isn't within a country mile. They tried giving him a tuneup, now they need a total overhaul if they're going to get anything out of him.

I'm glad they might be trying to do something more with Kidd. I do think he can wrestle and if they'd get behind him a little bit, the crowd might buy him as a potential star. Then again, how many people have we said that about before only to have WWE ruin them?

After the failure that was Jack Swagger, I'm surprised The E didn't kill the MitB concept.

Anyone who doesn't bet on Cena winning is a damn fool. But, as long as Punk can continue to shine through a second feud with Cena, what's the harm? And I would love for Cena to be the first MitB winner to not take the title. It's got to happen at some point. Not every Rumble winner has won at WM.

When was the last time they had a legit match when someone cashed in? Only time I can think of is when RVD cashed his shot in at One Night Stand a few years back.
