Interesting pairing with Punk and Heyman. I guess they needed something to do with Heyman since Brock is an infrequent wrestler on Raw. I don't think Punk needs Heyman for his mic skills, so I'll be curious to see how good their chemistry is together.

Punk is a Heyman guy. He's said it over and over. Plus, on Punk's Twitter they even hinted at it.

I don't know if I was the one that said pair Punk-Heyman but I was definitely thinking it, of course knowing that it woulnd't happen but hoping it would. Lo and behold it did happen. Woot!

Heyman gathering up all the disrespected stars? Or the ones that have left.

Lesnar, Punk maybe Swagger to give him a relaunch and someone else. I smell Survivor Series match.

I figure they are putting Punk with Heyman to further drive the nail home that Punk is a heel.

It's also my hope Heyman is relaunching the Dangerous Alliance.

Punk, Heyman, Brock and someone else would make for a great heel stable. Turning Orton back to heel would be awesome, and make sense story-wise - He got left completely off the last PPV, and you could have him directly acknowledge his steroid suspensions to give the storyline some real bite.

Orton would be quite nice to go with that. Just don't use Big Slow.

  6. Tensai would round out that stable real nice-like.

I was thinking that as well, but man, he'd just be hired muscle and they already have one "big" man anyway.

So how about they throw Swagger in there? I know he hasn't won in nine months or whatever, but he said he's taking an "extended" break. Maybe he can come back with a fresh outlook and jump in the stable along with Punk, Lesnar and maybe one other guy (I'd like to see Ziggler, but they're not having him split with Vickie anytime soon ...).

    And nice pull, Gutter.

I think it was me, but I was spitballing it as a Summerslam idea. And, honestly, if I hadn't rewatched Punk's original "pipe bomb" promo right before that, it wouldn't have even clicked.

Speaking of Ziggler, I hate his new character personality so much. He's awful at it. You can't take a wooden guy and tell him to be flamboyant. It just looks forced.

The Showoff character? That's pretty much what he's been all along.

I guess I haven't been paying enough attention. I thought they've been trying to emphasize it more lately.

However long he's been doing it, it doesn't work. He looks like a stiff guy being told to act flamboyant.
