I could have gone all my lifetime without seeing you and ChrisL in bed together.

They should have been in long ago (Kiss, that is).

As for Rush, I guess having one of the top five drummers in rock history makes the band worthy.

If we could avoid baseball-related topics, it would be much appreciated.

Yeah, that honeycomb of quote function on the Hall of Fame thread is threatening to crash the Internet.

Eddie Money says hello. Greg Kihn, too.

How great would it be to see the Kennedys inducted so they could do "Too Drunk To Fuck"? Followed by Margo Timmins - she of the exquisite cheekbones - doing that killer version of "Sweet Jane".

Long-deserved honor for Rush (and Heart, too, IMHO).

Might have to actually watch the induction ceremony to see Geddy, Alex and Neil play.

I hope Rush cranks out a long, prog-rock tour de force for all those old, cranky Rolling Stone critics in the audience. "Natural Science" or "La Villa Strangiato," or maybe just play the "2112" piece in its entirety ...

    That would be wonderful.

They'd never show. Even if they did they'd probably have a backstage fist fight over past royalties due. The original members of that band have a strained relationship on the level of GNR.

I really see KISS getting inducted soon since Rush was given the OK. I think the Rock Hall realizes it needs fan bases of huge acts to keep interest alive and to generate ticket sales to the museum.

If someone wants to complain about Geddy's voice, belt out "La Villa Strangiato" and play "YYZ" as an encore.

    Problem solved.
