I think he moves up into the top 5, but I don't know if he goes No. 1 overall. Kid has amazing potential and has grown another inch, but he's still a major project.

Michael Carter-Williams, Victor Oladipo and Trey Burke are all contributing significantly more at this point to their teams. I'd expect that at least one if not all three of those would go off the board first based on what we've seen so far this season.

Big Shots all around last night.

    * Not only did Carmelo score 62, he had 0 turnovers

    * Chandler Parsons set the NBA record for 3-pointers in a half (10), scored 34, but the Rockets lost, at home

    * Teletovic scored 24 in the 2nd quarter, finished with 34, and the Nets are all of a sudden 19-22

    * Marcus Thornton (42) and Isaiah Thomas (38) scored 80 of the Kings' 111; Pacers won by 5 in OT

    * And how bad are the C's when the Thunder are minus Durant and Westbrook -- and still lose by 18, at home?

Scarier: Wizards are 1 game from being the 3-seed, with 40 games to go.

The 0 turnovers is what's really impressive.

    * Kobe had 2 turnovers when he scored 61 at MSG

    * Jordan had 2 turnovers when he scored 55 at MSG

    * Curry at 4 turnovers when he scored 54 at MSG

    * basketball-reference.com didn't keep a lot of game stats so don't know King's TOVs for his 60-point game at MSG ... here's the box score: http://www.basketball-reference.com/boxscores/198412250NYK.html

Even when you're playing at peak levels, you expect to make a bad pass once or twice or have the ball bounce off your foot out-of-bounds on penetration -- or even get called for a charge (although not sure if that's a personal turnover on top of it being a team turnover).

Sure he's not just lifting it up and licking the bottom of his balls?

I think he borrowed that chain from Iverson's 90's collection.

Heat were up on the Thunder 22-4.

Since then, the Thunders have beaten the shit out of the Heat, up by 20+ in the 4th.

Durant went over 30 for the 12th game in a row.
