So, how many games do you believe he should get?

    He doesn't have any priors.

I have no idea what he'll get, but I wouldn't be surprised if he gets 5, and I would be surprised if he gets 20. Neither would upset me.

However, anybody else surprised that Orpik was knocked out? I've watched the replays a few times and I can't see where a) Thornton even tried to hit him that hard and b) where he ever really connected.

He might have whacked his head on the ice when he got pulled down, he had no way to prepare himself for that after getting grabbed from behind.

Yeah, he must have. I just didn't see that in the replays I've seen.

Also, James Neal is gone for five after kneeing Marchand in the head.

Neal should be given a bonus, Marchand is a piece of shit and deserves whatever he gets.

Having said that, it was dirty as hell and he should get more than the 5 he got.

I agree. Couldn't happen to a bigger rat.

    Absurd state of the year....

Through the first period tonight, Dallas is 1-for-43 on the power play at home this season. 1 for freakin' 43!!!

Four for Ovechkin tonight. Caps win 6-5 in SO after falling behind 3-0

    He is pretty good

    Selfish Russian!

If he was Alex Smith from Moose Jaw then he'd be an all timer.

Wonder if Adam Oates thought Ovie disrespected the game when he did the big leap after the fourth goal?

Nah. That wasn't out of character for OV. But your point is well taken.
