    Maybe they should go for the now available Mike Munchak of
    hardscrabble Scranton PA.

    For sure. Just like USC and a lot of other places. I get that.

    I think Golden would do as well or better as Munchak or Schiano, neither of whom had a winning record in their brief NFL gigs.

    I don't understand this :

    "Mortensen added that Munchak, who was 22-26 in three seasons as the leader of the Titans, turned down "a hefty raise and extension offer from Titans." It's not clear where and when he will interview, and the same goes for Franklin."

    Was Munchak fired after turning down raise/ extension?
