No, I get it. But if a coach wins 8-9 games every year and wins 11-13 once every 3-4 years at ANY of those schools, they should be able to stick around as long as they want.

Furthermore, many...err all of you have misread the post I made. Note the word 'should'.

Arkansas's Board of Trustees signed off on a contract today. More than $3 million, less than $4 million a year and no name was attached.

So something is going to happen today or tomorrow, assuming whomever they extended the offer to, doesn't turn them down.

    That will fly. Not.

Dude was mad at Urban Meyer for his recruiting practices. Good luck vs. Saban, Miles, etc....

For the most part, you're right. But there's absolutely no margin for error at Auburn or Arkansas. Tommy Tuberville went 5-6, 9-4*, 7-5*, 9-4*, 8-5, 13-0**, 9-3*, 11-2, 9-4 and 5-7 at Auburn (* = West title; ** = SEC title). Expectations at Auburn and Arkansas are more or less the same as those at Tennessee.

And it's comically fanboi of you to suggest Georgia has or should have lower expectations than Tennessee.

If BB leaves for Arkansas, then Alvarez better be on the first flight to Pittsburgh to hire Paul Chryst.

Jon Gruden used to coach in Green Bay and once had a three-way with a UW cheerleader and trombonist.

He made $2.5 million at UW so this is a no-brainer for him. Kind of head scratcher though.
