Adam Schefter was saying today he's "100 percent" convinced that Chip Kelly is going to be in the NFL next year.

Who gets that job?

 

Maybe Chris Petersen would finally leave Boise State for that.

If not him, they'd probably just elevate offensive coordinator Mark Helfrich.

 

The Tennessee AD said he reached out to Gruden, but was told by his agent he was happy at MNF and had no interest in college coaching.

 

Early in the silly season, word surfaced that Petersen would leave for two jobs: Oregon and Cal. Then he quickly pulled out of the running for Cal. Looked to me like a pretty clear signal from the flare gun.

 

Apparently someone needs to retake Reading 101 to understand the difference between a quarterback and a head coach.

 

Willie Taggart of Western Kentucky is taking the USF job.
