Nope. Got fired/pushed out by new administration a year ago over trumped-up/bogus accusations. He's at Cherry Creek. Lost in triple overtime to the No. 1 seeded team in the second round.

Because you know that Petrino will have to get a new motorcycle after he destroyed the first one.

Chad Bishop, WKU beat writer for Bowling Green paper, tweeting that Petrino will be announced at 4 p.m. presser:

Congrats on beating Pat Forde on that. Couldn't have been easy.

Not just Forde, but all the national writers.

No doubt, but I thought of Forde because of his long tenure at the Courier-Journal.

I'm surprised Petrino didn't end up with a better gig. His name was the first one I thought of to go to Texas Tech when Tuberville left.

He'll do a year or two of penance at WKU and then he'll be back at a school in a BCS conference soon.

I'm surprised he wound up with a gig at all.

I'm not... He deserved to be fired from Arkansas, but if you're a proven winner, you'll get another job.

I immediately thought of Colorado for Petrino.

Lots of scenic bikerides in the Mountains.

If Bohn wasn't going to pursue Tressel, he wasn't going to pursue Petrino.

    What's he won?

An Orange Bowl, for one. About 75 percent of his games. Or do only national championships count in your narrow world?
