    I don't understand why Colorado is thought of as such an attractive program. It would take at least 3-4 years to get the roster up to BCS-conference-level athletic ability.

    To be clear: Bohn didn't want Embree. He was told to hire him. Money issues. Now that the department will get a lot more cash flow with the TV deals, the purse strings might be -- and need to be -- loosened.
