In fairness, waterytart doesn't think that being excite-y is necessarily qualifying. He thinks not being excite-y, for borderline Hall of Famers, is disqualifying. There's a difference.

 

Also, in fairness, he's a she.

 

Well now I really don't put much stock in his arguments.
