Please clarify for me. Are you in favor of keeping guys out of the Hall of Fame for PED use only if there is hard evidence (a failed test or confession) or is it ok to keep them out just based on accusations, the era they played in or second-hand anonymous reports?

 

I would only let in the small-market guys who took PEDs because they need something to balance the playing field.

 

Makes about as much sense as some of what the voters are doing. I like it!
