Maybe, but only by a little.

If Puig's antics were limited to the post season excitement, yeah we should probably let it go. But the guy is over the top all year and is getting under the skin of a fair number of people. His own coach had to sit him down a few times because the kid was acting immaturely.

Why I really didn't like the bat flip was not so much the show boating (although that was bad enough) it was that Puig is really acting like a 6 year old playing baseball. When he strikes out, he pouts in the corner and looks like he's about ready to start crying, but when he gets a solid hit (mind you this was his first of the LCS), he's celebrating like he won the World Series. I knew little kids who would do the same thing: They strike out they cry and don't want to play any more; they get a hit and suddenly it's the best game ever. The difference is, a 6 year old can get away with it because he'll grow up. Puig needs to start acting his age.

Why? What if the energy he brings is a big part of the result?

I read a good story about Richard Sherman earlier this year. Talked to his high school coach, who recalled the one time he tried to clamp down on the trash-talking. It was the worst game Sherman ever played.

I am a Giants fan through and through, but the guy is a breath of fresh air and I love watching him play.

Thank God we finally have some actually games to save us from this fruitless discussion. Verlander gave up a loud foul to Gomes, but so far has mowed through the dirty homeless men.

Notice how YankeeFan left out the part about how I was taking my gramma to the doctor.

Doesn't fit with his narrative of me being a gigantic asshole. He plays with the quote function to make me look like a dick.

Uh, why is natural lighting not good enouyh to play in?

Good question. It's obviously a conspiracy by Roger Goodell.

I feel Boston's bats coming alive. I am going to go out on a limb and predict a base hit in the first five innings.

Take out the 6th, 8th and 9th innings on Sunday, and the Red Sox are 1-for-59 with 45 strikeouts in this series.

    It's quiet.

I think the two of them cuddled up in front of Grey's Anatomy and made up.

I think that sometimes, but then I figure one is either eating dinner or on his way home from work.
